Pack with Care
Securely repackage the instrument in its original hard case and shipping crate, ensuring all mouthpieces, accessories, and documentation are included.
Ship the Instrument
Affix the provided shipping label and arrange for a professional carrier pickup; we recommend using tracked and insured shipping to protect your investment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument is in original showroom condition, we will process your refund or credit toward a new instrument, minus any applicable restocking fees.
